Pretty serious and sad news as pro-athlete Sally Meyerhoff died in a bike-truck accident in Arizona.

Thinking of running Ottawa this year? All the courses are redesigned, supposedly faster. I’m not sure the course can make that much difference, or that Ottawa can get much faster, at least in the shorter events.
